MANUAL OF SELLER

When you sell something you have to be kina, because if you are rude with the customer, he doesn’t buy your product and you will lose a customer. For the customer have a good image of you, you should wear formal, speak clearly, have tie, because you know a satisfied customer recommend this sales person but a dissatisfied customer speak bad of the sales person.

A seller has to know all the information about his/her product, by a customer asks something the seller know what answer! If you are a seller you mustn’t say: “I don’t know” or “I don’t have” because you always could have another option.
