The Business English Certificates
The Business English Certificates (BEC) are internationally recognised qualifications that shows employers your skills for using English in the workplace.
BEC is an ideal English language exam if you are preparing for a career in business. There are three different levels of BEC: BEC Preliminary, BEC Vantage and BEC Higher.
Is BEC for you?
If your English language ability is sufficient for most simple communications, such as shopping, you may consider progressing towards BEC. You should have an understanding of, or interest in, the world of work, business and commerce.
Why take BEC?
More than ever, a good knowledge of English is needed to succeed in international business and commerce. If you can show you have relevant language skills, you'll have a great advantage in the jobs market and much greater flexibility if you want to work abroad.
BEC can help you show that you have learned English to an appropriate standard and can use it in a business context.
The BEC exams are aligned with Levels B1 to C1 of the
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages — an internationally recognised framework which Cambridge ESOL helped to develop. The framework uses six levels to describe language ability, from A1 to C2. 'Can Do' statements have been used to describe these levels in terms of real skills with language, such as being able to write a report, or take a telephone message. This means that preparing for BEC will help you develop real-life skills and the confidence to use them.
BEC is also linked with the UK Qualifications and Curriculum Authority's National Standards for Literacy, within the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
'BEC has helped develop cross-cultural communication skills and overall development of the students. It has had an impact on confidence levels through international certification. It has also introduced unfamiliar situations and helped stimulate creative thinking and analysis'

SECOND REVIEW (SECOND PARTIAL)

We read an article, the title of that was “Revolution in the car industry” that talks about the technology in the car industry.

Some vocabulary that I reviewed and learned was delay, demand, forecast, model, range, stock, switch, update, assembly and order.

The topic that we reviewed in this section was the difference to adjectives and adverbs, because the adjective is from a noun and the adverb is from a verb.

Other topic that we reviewed was the conditional 2 (if) but it is when we talk about to unreal situation, in this the first sentence is in past and the second sentence use a modal.

And I learned some multi-part verb, for example look at, look for, look after, look like and look forward to.

FIRST REVIEW (SENCOND PARTIAL)

In those weeks I learned new vocabulary for example pleased, satisfied, rude, dirty, poor, etc, words that talk a bout of a customer service.

In those weeks I used some words that talk how do you do an apologize, because when a customer put a complaint your company have to apologize and put a solution.

We read an article about how the companies getting better service. Also we reviewed the conditional 1 (if) in this you put the first sentence in present and the second sentence in future (will).

In this section we discuss about a problem that a company have when it don’t offer a good service.
